3. The inverter device should be reliably grounded, and the radio frequency interference should be suppressed to prevent the inverter from causing electric shock due to leakage.

4. When the speed of the motor is controlled by the inverter, the temperature rise and noise of the motor will be higher than that of the grid power (power frequency); When running at low speed, due to the low speed of the motor blades, attention should be paid to ventilation and cooling and appropriate load reduction, so as to avoid the temperature rise of the motor exceeding the allowable value.

5. The impedance of the power supply line should not be too small. When the capacity of the distribution transformer is greater than 500KVA or the capacity of the distribution transformer is greater than 10 times the capacity of the inverter, or when the inverter is connected to the distribution transformer very closely, due to the small impedance of the circuit, a large surge will be generated on the inverter instantly, which will damage the rectifier elements of the inverter. When the line impedance is too small, an AC reactor should be installed between the grid and the inverter.

6. When the three-phase voltage unbalance rate of the power grid is greater than 3%, the peak value of the input current of the inverter is very large, which will cause the inverter and the connection to overheat or damage the electronic components, and the AC reactor needs to be installed. In particular, when the transformer is V-shaped, it is more serious, in addition to installing a reactor on the AC side, it is also necessary to install a DC reactor on the DC side.

7. Do not install too large capacitors on the incoming side because of the increase of power factor, nor can you install capacitors between the motor and the inverter, otherwise the impedance of the line will decrease, produce overcurrent and damage the inverter

8. The outlet side of the inverter can not be connected in parallel to compensate for the capacitor, nor can the capacitor be paralleled in order to reduce the high-order harmonics of the output voltage of the inverter, otherwise the inverter may be damaged, in order to reduce the harmonics. Reactors can be connected in series.

9. The start and stop of the motor with the speed regulation of the inverter cannot be directly operated by the circuit breaker and contactor, but the control terminal of the inverter should be used to operate, otherwise the inverter will be out of control and may cause serious consequences

10. It is generally not advisable to install an AC contactor between the inverter and the motor, so as to avoid overvoltage and damage to the inverter between the interrupts. If additional installation is required, the output contactor should be closed before the inverter is operational.
