Cause of the failure
1) The sound wave reflection stripes on the four periphery of the surface sound wave touch screen are seriously dusty or scale, resulting in the touch screen not working.
2) The touch screen is malfunctioning.
3) The touch screen control card is faulty.
4) The touch screen signal line is faulty.
5) The serial port of the touch screen host is faulty.
6) The computer's operating system is malfunctioning.
7) Touch screen driver installation error.
Solution:
1) Observe the touch screen signal indicator, under normal circumstances, it flashes once per second, when touched, the signal light is always on, and when the touch is stopped, the signal resumes flashing.
2) If the signal light is not touched and is still always on, check whether the touch screen needs to be cleaned, and then check whether the string slogan connected to the hardware is consistent with the string slogan set by the software, and whether the serial port of the computer host is working normally.
3) Run the COMDUMP command in the driver disk, the command is a DOS command, add a space and the code of the serial port 1 or 2 after the COMDUMP when running, and touch the screen to see if there is any data. If there is data, the connection is normal, please check whether the software settings are correct and whether there is any conflict with other hardware devices. If no data appears, the hardware is faulty.
4) Run the SAWDUMP command in the drive disk, the command is a DOS command, when running the program, the program will ask for the type of control card, the port number of the connection, the transfer rate, and then the program will read the relevant data from the control card. Check the AGC values for the X-axis and Y-axis in the lower left corner, if the value is 255, the transducer of the axis is faulty and needs to be repaired.
5) When performing the first correction after installing the driver, pay attention to the content of the system error. "No control card found", "Touch screen not connected", etc., check according to the prompts.
