The EA31 imager is the industry's first high-performance 2D imager that combines an LED aimer with ultra-high motion tolerances to deliver excellent scanning responsiveness. Like the EA30, the EA31 imager has the highest motion tolerance and fast omnidirectional scanning performance.
The LED aimer is safe and reliable for both customer-facing and patient-facing applications. It also quickly reads smudged, poorly printed, overlapped, and color barcodes. The imager's integrated decoding software instantly corrects a large number of barcode defects. As a result, it excels in scanning capabilities and can decipher codes in difficult scanning scenarios. Thanks to our patented scanning algorithm, we increased the scanning distance of EAN/UPC and Code 39 barcodes by an average of 60%.
