The JH series digital manometers feature autoclave fittings with 0.2% full-scale accuracy and sensor technology and are made of 15-5 PH stainless steel wetted material for high overpressure protection applications. Sensor technology provides enhanced accuracy over the entire pressure range.
The JH has no moving parts, has a long service life, and reduces the number of recalibrations. The stainless steel NEMA construction also provides EMI and RFI protection. The JH is equipped with a high-resolution and easy-to-read digital display. Operator error is eliminated due to interpolation or parallax errors in hash marks. These units can be converted into other engineering units. PSI pressure is read 10 times via a 41/2 digital display.
Type JHB offers a two-wire output from 4 mA to 20 mA. The JHE model is available with 0 Vdc to 5 Vdc outputs. The JHR model has two programmable limiters and relays without analog outputs. The JHX models offer 0 Vdc to 5 Vdc outputs, have two programmable limiters, and relays for process control or alarm indication. The JHW model is powered by one or two 9 V conventional alkaline batteries. The JHT model is powered by a 110 Vac adapter. Models JHV, JHB, JHE, JHR, and JHX run from 11 Vdc to 32 Vdc supplies.
Each unit has a membrane surface with raised buttons, as well as haptic feedback for setup and operation. High, low and clear buttons are easily accessible on the front membrane. Each unit comes standard with zero adjustment and zero offset/tare functions. Calibration and setting parameters are stored on the memory chip, which prevents data loss in the event of a power failure. Internal security features also prevent unauthorized set-up and calibration. Combined applications of front panel buttons can be deactivated.
