There are many types of screws on the back plate of washing machines, and the requirements for torque and arm span vary from station to station. AUBO i series cobots are available with different payloads of 3-20 kg to meet the needs of differentiated applications. Multiple sets of AUBO i5 (load 5kg, working radius 886.5mm) and i10 (load 10kg, working radius 1350mm) collaborative robots were arranged on site to meet the needs of different types of screw tightening.
