1. Motherboard: The core of the industrial computer, which is composed of central processing unit, memory and I/O interface. 2. System bus: It can be divided into internal bus and external bus. The external bus is a common channel for industrial computers to transmit information with other computers and intelligent devices, and the commonly used external buses are RS-232C, RS-485 and IEEE-488 communication buses.

3. /O module: It is the connection channel for signal transmission and conversion between the industrial computer and the production process. It includes analog input channel, analog output channel, digital input channel, and digital output channel. The function of the input channel is to transform the signal in the production process into a code that the host can receive and identify, and the function of the output channel is to transform the control command and data output by the host as the control signal of the actuator or electrical switch.

4. Human-machine interface: including monitor, keyboard, printer and special operation display table, etc. With human-machine interface devices, information can be exchanged between the operator and the computer. The human-machine interface can be used both to visualize the status of the production process and to modify the operating parameters.

5. Communication interface: the channel for information transmission between the industrial computer and other computers and equipment, commonly used EE-488, RS-232C and RS-485 interfaces. In order to facilitate host system integration, USB bus interface technology is receiving increasing attention.

6. Disk system: You can use semiconductor virtual disk, or you can use general soft disk and hard disk or USB disk.
