First up is the "Painter", in the vehicle painting factory, 56 spraying robots work together, on average, only 42 seconds to complete the painting of a car, and use a number of advanced technologies to improve the paint rate and reduce production costs.
In the sanitary ware production site, the robot carries out the efficient operation of grinding and polishing the copper faucet, and the robot grinding and polishing workstation can directly replace the manual work, and the work is not limited by time, and the production efficiency is increased by more than 50%.
In the automatic flexible production line of furniture, robots are used in the transfer and sorting of plates. Together with the edge banding, drilling and panel sorting units, it plays a role in connecting the woodworking processing equipment in series, reducing the personnel requirements in the intermediate links.
In the intelligent production line of notebook shells, robots are widely used in automatic operations such as die-casting and picking, dispensing and hot pressing, grinding and polishing, labeling assembly, and locking screw assembly.
Dozens of robots are used in the automatic welding of beams, spring brackets, and traction modules of special vehicles, which has changed the status quo of traditional special vehicles mainly relying on manual welding, and successfully increased the production efficiency of local stations by more than 30%.
The assembly of water pumps requires a lot of manpower, but the automatic flexible production line equipped with more than 40 FANUC robots and 60 sets of intelligent vision systems realizes fully automated unmanned assembly, and can be flexibly compatible with multi-model production, which greatly improves production efficiency.
CRX collaborative robots are a new force in the production line, providing users with accurate, flexible and safe human-robot collaboration solutions for the handling and assembly of small parts. It has a high-speed performance of up to 1000mm/s in robot collaboration mode, and with the FANUC built-in vision system, it can realize the integration of bolt tightening and inspection, and improve work efficiency.
