Behind the amazing is the building intelligent factory built by Yuanda, which is a 100% prefabricated modular building in the factory, with a total of 28 production lines, equipped with 46 FANUC robots, and can produce 60,000 houses a year. The first step in building a house is to build the parts, including floors, windows, interior and exterior walls, etc. The raw material of the floor slab is stainless steel core board, through the system visual positioning, the robot laser cuts the floor slab, the whole process is highly automated, and only 1 worker is required to control.

After the floor slab is cut, the spreader will automatically grab and transfer to the welding line, and all dimensional errors will not exceed 0.1mm. A floor slab can be produced every 2 minutes.

In the window frame line, the robots work closely together, grabbing, flipping, stopping, and welding in one go, and automatically grabs it to the offline platform after the production is completed.
