FANUC United Kingdom introduces the M-20iD and ARC Mate 120iD series

Fanuc United Kingdom has expanded its range of industrial robots with two new models: the M-20iD/25 handling robot and the ARC Mate 120iD welding version.

Controlled by the R-30iB Plus controller, both robots have higher axial speeds and a larger working area relative to previous models.

The M-20iD/25 is suitable for handling tasks including loading and unloading machines and parts operations.

Due to its ultra-thin, lightweight design, coupled with compact arms and wrists, this provides maximum impact in crowded production environments.

Capable of lifting a payload of 25kg in the range of 1831 mm, the M-20iD/25 also has an IP67 protection rating, making it suitable for applications in harsh environmental conditions such as grinding or deburring.

The ARC Mate 120iD has the same maximum load and range as the M-20iD/25 and is designed for welding applications.

Since the R-30iB Plus controller is standard for both robots, this helps to simplify the programming process with one easy-to-use interface.
