On May 22, the 202 United States 3 Detroit Automation Exhibition AUTOMATE kicked off at the Huntington Convention Center in Detroit, Michigan, United States, where advanced robotics, vision, artificial intelligence, motion control and other intelligent uses competed on the same stage. AUBO brought star products and scenario-based solutions to the exhibition, showing the latest collaborative robot intelligent technology for overseas customers, continuously accelerating the process of going overseas and expanding overseas shopping malls.
AUBO i20 collaborative robot appeared in North American shopping malls to help automation companies develop a wider range of use scenarios. Its maximum load can reach 20kg, and the working radius is up to 1650mm. While having both the safety and ease of use of collaborative robots, the large load and large arm span make it have a larger working space and stronger operating capacity, which broadens the use scenarios of collaborative robots in palletizing, transferring, unpacking and packing, machine tool loading and unloading, grinding, welding and other industries in machining, auto parts, home appliances, daily chemicals, food and beverage, medical supplies and other industries.
AUBO composite robot is a new three-in-one composite robot composed of collaborative robotic arm, autonomous mobile robot (AMR) and vision system. It innovatively arranges the robotic arm, 2D/3D vision system and autonomous mobile robot (AMR) control algorithm in a central controller, and operates the above three devices through consistent robot control software, and a set of battery-power system supplies power to the three devices, saving equipment space.
The workstation mimics the tightening process of large torques such as lights, engines, gearboxes, etc., and uses a six-degree-of-freedom AUBO collaborative robot to adapt to almost all angles and postures of locking scenarios, which is more sensitive and intelligent than the traditional three-axis locking system.
PCB transfer is a highly repetitive and laborious operation that needs to be completed efficiently, accurately and stably to ensure the quality of the product and the production power. However, relying on manpower is unstable, and the quality of the product cannot be ensured when a person works for a long time. AUBO collaborative robots can be selected with the highest precision of ±0.02mm, which can be used for the transfer and palletizing of various materials, which can ensure that the transfer of PCB assembly line can be completed accurately and quickly.
