Rating: Generally refers to the value that is used as a guarantee benchmark for the characteristics and performance of the switch, such as rated current, rated voltage, etc., provided that specific conditions (type of load, current, voltage, frequency, etc.) are provided.

Resin fixation (plastic terminals): This is a method of improving drip resistance by filling the terminal area with a wire and fixing the part by filling the part with resin to eliminate the exposed live parts.

Insulation resistance: refers to the resistance between non-connected terminals, between terminals and non-charged metal parts, and between terminals and ground.

Withstand voltage: A critical value that does not cause insulation damage after a high voltage is applied to the specified measurement site for 1 minute.

Contact resistance: Indicates the resistance of the contact part of the contact, but generally indicates the resistance value of the conductor that includes the spring and the terminal part.

Vibration resistance: When the malfunction vibration micro switch is in use, the vibration range of the contact closed due to vibration does not separate for more than the specified time.

Impact resistance: Durable impact refers to the impact that the micro switch will not be damaged by the mechanical impact during transportation or installation, and meets the impact within the range of action characteristics.

Malfunction shock? Refers to the impact range in which the contact closed due to impact when the micro switch is used and does not separate beyond the specified time.

Micro switches are generally based on non-auxiliary press accessories, and are derived from small stroke type and large stroke type. Different auxiliary pressing accessories can be added according to the need, and the switch can be divided into various forms such as button type, reed roller type, lever roller type, short boom type, long boom type and so on.
