1. Maintenance procedures, regular testing and adjustment of equipment

(1) Check the connection of the terminal blocks in the PLC cabinet every six months or quarters, and reconnect the loose places in time if they are found;

(2) Re-measure the working voltage of the power supply to the main engine in the cabinet every month.

Second, the provisions of regular cleaning of equipment

(1) Clean the PLC every six months or quarters, cut off the power supply to the PLC, remove the power supply rack, CPU motherboard and input/output board in turn, purge and clean and then install it in situ in turn, restore all connections and send power to the PLC host and start the PLC host. Carefully clean the PLC box;

(2) Replace the filter under the power rack every three months.

3. Preparation and maintenance procedures before maintenance

(1) Prepare tools before overhaul;

(2) In order to ensure that the function of the component does not fail and the template is not damaged, it is necessary to use protective devices and carefully make anti-static preparations;

(3) Contact the dispatcher and operator before the overhaul, and hang the maintenance card at the place where the maintenance card is hung.

Fourth, the equipment disassembly sequence and method

(1) Shutdown for maintenance, more than two people must supervise the operation;

(2) Change the mode selector switch on the front panel of the CPU from "Run" to "Stop" position;

(3) Turn off the main power supply of PLC power supply, and then turn off other power supplies to the mold saka;

(4) Remove the power cord connected to the power rack after clearing the wire number and connection position, and then remove the screws connected to the power rack and the cabinet, and the power rack can be removed;

(5) The CPU motherboard and I/0 board can be removed after rotating the screws under the template;

(6) Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Fifth, the maintenance process and technical requirements

(1) When measuring voltage, it is necessary to use a digital voltmeter or a universal meter with an accuracy of 1%.

(2) The power supply rack and CPU motherboard can only be removed when the main power supply is cut off;

(3) Before the RAM module is removed from the CPU or inserted into the CPU, the power supply of the PC should be disconnected, so as to ensure that the data is not messed up;

(4) Before removing the RAM module, check whether the module battery is working normally, if the battery failure light is on, remove the module PAM content will be lost;

(5) The main power supply should also be turned off before the input/output board is removed, but if the I/0 board is required for production, it can also be removed when the programmable controller is running, but the QVZ (timeout) light on the CPU board is on;

(6) When inserting the template, be extra careful, handle it gently, and keep away from items that generate static electricity;

(7) The replacement element shall not be operated with electricity;

(8) After overhaul, the formwork installation must be placed in place.
