The market demand for electronic products is changing with each passing day, which puts forward a test for the innovation of 3C electronics manufacturers. Agile manufacturing, flexible manufacturing, and lean manufacturing have become the development direction of 3C electronic production enterprises, and the characteristics of collaborative robots are catering to this development direction and manufacturing trend: high precision and high flexibility. How to make collaborative robots more effective in empowering the 3C industry is a pain point that many collaborative robot manufacturers focus on.

Recently, the SbSTC step-by-step new technology seminar was held in Suzhou, and Xinsong Duoke collaborative robot was invited to participate in and for the current industrial upgrading problems faced by 3C electronic manufacturing, combined with the advantages of collaborative robots, to provide industry customers with a complete set of factory intelligent manufacturing upgrade solutions.

In view of the manufacturing problems of the 3C industry, the new Songduoke collaborative robot has proposed solutions from the product line. First of all, the G series six-axis and S series seven-axis multi-workable collaborative robots, the two series of robots have loads ranging from 3KG to 20KG, which fully meet the production and manufacturing needs of industries with multiple application scenarios. At the same time, the composite robot and robot intelligent control are increased, and the multi-dimensional and truly effective upgrade plan for the industry is provided.

  Taking PCB automation manufacturers as an example, from the intelligent upgrade of the whole plant to the replacement of robots in a single assembly exhibition, multi-can collaborative robots can be fully deployed.

At present, the most widely used collaborative robot is the assembly and testing of two processes, because the 3C production line changes too fast, a production line may replace a variety of products during the period, the flexibility and simple programming characteristics of collaborative robots are a good solution to this problem.

The other is sorting and handling. When it comes to sorting and handling, it is necessary to understand the starting position and end point of the PCB board, which is not a task that can be completed by a simple collaborative arm, but "hand-eye cooperation". The intelligent controller of Duoke robot with independent intellectual property rights can integrate robot force sense, vision and other sensors, and based on the typical application configuration in the field of visual inspection, the robot can be applied to the production line more quickly.

Another operation in the production of PCB boards is plug-ins. In this link, many 3C industry manufacturers consider the problem of accuracy and adopt the solution of vision + robot. However, there are still defects, such a configuration can only achieve constant force plugging and unplugging, and a slight deviation may make expensive memory modules scrapped. In the process of inserting and unplugging memory modules, Duoke collaborative robots provide a solution of vision + force control + collaborative robots, which not only ensures high precision, but also uses a force similar to that of human fingers to successfully realize the flexible insertion and unplugging of CPU, DIMM/memory modules and other complex parts after precise positioning through six-dimensional force touch adjustment.

The testing process is a link that will accompany each stage of production. Usually one of the inspections is to transport the PCB board to professional testing equipment, and the robot is responsible for handling, which can fully meet both efficiency and accuracy. The other is that the robot is detected through visual matching software, which requires the matching of vision + robot, which is obviously easy for Duoke with a controller.
