Safe torque cancellation (STO) means that a power supply capable of causing rotation is not applied to the motor. STO skills are applied to elevators with AC or DC motors powered and controlled by static components, and the safe control of the motor is completed by blocking the power supply of the motor. STO adopts a dual-channel circuit architecture, the safety integrity level reaches SIL3, and the hardware fault margin is 1, combined with the real-time comparison of the dual-channel status, to ensure the safe and reliable control of the motor. Brake safety control refers to the use of safety circuits containing electronic components to complete the safe control of brakes. The brake control unit adopts the design structure of dual actuators, and the independent condition monitoring of the dual mechanisms makes the control of the brake safe and reliable. The safety circuit replaces the contactor to control the brake, which has the advantages of fast response and long life.
Electronic star sealing refers to the method of using the existing power module of the inverter to complete the method of limiting the unexpected moving speed of the car through the short circuit of the three-phase winding of the motor under the condition of safe torque off. The real-time detection of the electronic star sealing circuit fully guarantees the pre-diagnosis of circuit faults and the effectiveness of the star sealing control. The electronic star sealing method replaces the hardware star sealing method of the contactor, which has the advantages of small size, fast response and more reliable.
The contactless system treatment scheme not only promotes the innovation of elevator product skills, but also essentially deals with the problems encountered in practical application, which has far-reaching significance.
