Introduction: Xinshida/STEP high-order pulse servo drive K5 series uses advanced motor control algorithm to achieve faster system response, current loop frequency response of 2.5kHz, speed loop frequency response of 1.6kHz, communication rate of 100Mbps. The adaptive filter automatically sets the coefficient of the notch filter to remove the resonance component by inferring the resonance frequency based on the vibration component in the motor speed under the actual operating state, thereby reducing the vibration of the resonance point.

The real-time automatic gain adjustment predicts the load characteristics of the machine, and sets the basic gain value corresponding to the rigidity and the corresponding friction compensation value based on the result.
