Introduction: The BJP series photoelectric sensors are optimized for printed circuit board (PCB) inspection with a 30 mm x 3 mm rectangular beam and background suppression (BGS) detection method. The sensor can be stably detected and is not affected by holes, grooves, incomplete machining or protrusions on the PCB board. Configuration is made easy by switching the operating mode and adjusting the detection distance.
Features:
The 30mm x 3mm beam (at 30mm distance) allows for accurate inspection of PCBs, regardless of holes, grooves, incomplete machining, or protrusions in the board.
The Background Suppression (BGS) detection method is stable and unaffected by the color, texture or surface condition of the background object.
