If the pump does not hold the oil, it will affect the system pressure; Pump evacuation is the main source of hazards in hydraulic systems. When the liquid pressure is lower than the air separation pressure, the air in the liquid separates out.
5. Large amount of leakage.
Excessive leakage of the pump, dirt or wear of the oil distribution surface, cleaning the pump or replacing the pump; If the pump leakage is too large, it can be seen from the oil drain pipe, and the pump should be cleaned or replaced; If the system leaks too much and may communicate the high and low voltage components, the leakage should be checked, cleaned, repaired or replaced. The flow rate of the pump cannot supply the leakage, the pressure cannot be established, the seal gap is worn, and the oil is dirty.
6. The control valve fails.
If the pressure of the pump pressure cut-off valve is too low, adjust the shut-off valve pressure; The LS valve of the pump is stuck in the low displacement of the pump, the LS valve should be cleaned, the pressure of the pump constant power valve is too low, and the spring of the constant power valve should be adjusted; The set pressure of the total safety valve of the system is too low.
