The appearance of a fiber optic sensor is basically made up of the following parts, from left to right:
(1) SET key, which can be used for sensitivity setting. The basic principle of this sensor is to sense the refractive index of different media through an optical fiber probe, obtain a digital signal, display it on the screen, and send a switch by comparing the magnitude of the displayed value with the set sensitivity.
(2) Indicator light, when the sensor has signal output, the light will turn off.
(3) Set the sensitivity, which will be displayed in green on the screen to show the sensitivity of the current setting. When the value collected by the probe is changed to that value, the sensor generates a signal.
(4) The current sensitive value is displayed in red on the screen, showing the value currently collected by the sensor.
(5) The selection button and left and right arrows can select various functions, which is equivalent to the page turning key.
(6) Mode selection button, which can be used to set different working modes.

Banner Sensors – What are the Uses of Photoelectric Sensors?
1. Photoelectric smoke alarm
When there is no smoke, the light emitted by the light-emitting diode travels in a straight line, and the phototriode does not receive a signal. There is no output, when there is smoke, the light emitted by the LED is refracted by the smoke particles, so that the transistor receives the light, there is a signal output, ...

Banner Sensors - Analysis of the Eight Anti-Interference Technologies in Sensor Detection
1. Shielding technology
Containers are made of metal materials. Wrapping the circuit that needs to be protected in it can effectively prevent the interference of electric or magnetic fields, and this method is called shielding. Shielding can be divided into electrostatic shielding, electromagnetic shielding and low-frequency magnetic shielding.
2. Electrostatic shielding

Common failures of Banner sensors
1. The problem of the sealing ring of the pressure sensor
The output of the pressurized transmitter does not change, and the output of the pressurized transmitter changes suddenly, and the zero position of the pressure relief transmitter cannot be returned, which is likely to be a problem with the sealing ring of the pressure sensor. It is common that due to the specification of the sealing ring, the sensor is tightened and tightened.

Banner Sensors – How pressure sensors work
1. Piezoresistive pressure sensor
Resistive strain gauges are one of the main components of piezoresistive strain transducers. The working principle of metal resistance strain gauge is the phenomenon that the resistance value changes due to mechanical deformation due to the strain resistance adsorbed on the base material, which is commonly known as the resistance strain effect.
