(1) Coil problem: maintenance coil so usually there is coil insulation damage, mechanical injury constitutes a short circuit or grounding between the paintings, because the power supply voltage is too low, the dynamic and static iron core touch is not tight, so that the current through the coil is too large, and the coil is heated and burned. When repairing, the coil should be rewound. If the armature does not engage after the coil is energized, it may be that the connection of the coil lead wire falls and the coil is broken. (2) Repair of core problems
The main problem of the iron core is that the armature cannot be sucked after the power is on. This may be due to broken coils, foreign matter between the moving and static cores, and low power supply voltage. It should be patched on a case-by-case basis.
