The variable displacement piston pump is an A10VSO constant pressure variable displacement pump with flow limiter. Rexroth A10VSO variable pump is actually based on the constant pressure variable pump with a flow limiter (represented by the suffix S0169).
The label of the pump is marked with the words DR (i.e., constant pressure), the minimum flow limiter is adjusted to the minimum state (the upper hydraulic cylinder adjustment screw is adjusted to the loosest state), the flow control valve adjustment screw is adjusted to the tightest state, and a flow meter is connected in series behind the relief valve.
Notes:
1. If the oil discharge pipe of the relief valve is connected to the suction pipe of the hydraulic pump, because the relief valve discharges hot oil, the temperature of the hydraulic pump and even the entire hydraulic system will increase, and it is a vicious circle, which will eventually lead to the failure of the component or system.
2. It is necessary to avoid connecting the external leakage oil pipe of the hydraulic pump with the suction pipe of the pump: because the external leakage oil pipe of the hydraulic pump discharges hot oil, it is easy to increase the temperature of the pump body, which is very unfavorable to the service life of the pump. In addition, in some cases, the external leakage oil pipe of the pump is connected to the suction pipe of the pump, which will also cause the pump body to not be filled with the required hydraulic oil, which is even more disadvantageous.
3. If the local flow area of the pipeline becomes smaller during piping, the problem will be more serious, resulting in insufficient oil absorption of the hydraulic pump until the hydraulic pump is damaged.
