3RW402-404 has three modes:
1. In automatic mode, the LED light corresponding to RESETMODE is bright yellow, and the fault reset has the following situations: if the fault is caused by the motor thermal overload tripping, wait for 5 minutes for automatic reset; If the soft starter itself is protected and tripped, it will automatically reset after 30s during the starting process, and automatically reset after 60s after switching to bypass; If the thermistor embedded in the motor is protected from tripping, it will automatically reset after waiting for the motor to cool down. It should be noted that this mode will automatically reset and restart after the motor fails, which is dangerous and needs to be carefully selected.
2. In manual mode, the LED light corresponding to RESETMODE is not lit, and you need to press the RESET/TEST button to reset after the failure.
3. In remote mode, the LED light corresponding to RESETMODE is green, and it can be reset by disconnecting the control power supply A1/A2 of the soft starter after the failure, and it should be noted that it takes more than 1.5s to power again after disconnecting the A1/A2 power supply.
The 3RW405-407 has two modes:
