Casper's tailor-made fan drive system solution for OEMs, equipped with integrated gear motor KM30-CSK, is applied to XCMG's 49-65 ton excavators, helping it stand out in the fierce market competition and become the key. The case of Casper's integrated gear motor won the honor of "T50 Component Application Case" released by the 2022 Global Construction Machinery 50 Summit.
As a key component of Casper's electro-hydraulic fan drive system, the motor performance is comparable to that of a piston motor, and it is more suitable for fan drive systems of mobile machinery. CSK&SK gear motors can successfully replace piston motors.
1. Compact structure, high power density, high cost performance
The end cover of the motor adopts a reinforced "cast iron structure", and through the FEA design, it can integrate reversing valves, proportional valves, and anti-cavitation valves (according to requirements, anti-vibration valves can also be installed), shorten the length of the motor to meet the requirements of space size, increase the working pressure, and at the same time optimize the customer's hydraulic system pipeline and save costs.
2. High withstand voltage level and long service life
Durability test: Passed more than 2 million duty cycle tests at 280 bar pressure, meeting the requirements of most medium and high pressure systems on the market.
3High performance
Double lip fluoroelastomer shaft seal + COMBI dustproof seal, reduce the gap between the shaft and the shaft seal lip, perfect external bearing design, support the applied load, reduce the shaft difference between the shaft and the shaft seal edge, especially suitable for harsh working conditions.
4. Low noise
The special QWZ low-noise solution makes the motor quieter under high pressure and high speed.
Based on the above characteristics and advantages of the integrated gear motor, this product is currently also used in other customers' mechanical equipment, such as 3-9T loaders, 5-8T loaders, 49-120T excavators, 49-70T excavators, and various types of drilling rigs. At present, the fan drive system field equipped with KM30-CSK motor occupies more than 50% of the market, and because this solution can effectively reduce material costs and maintenance costs, it is increasingly favored by customers, and the market share will be further increased.
