2) Electromagnetic Disturbance Problem:
I. Inverter in the operation due to rectification and frequency conversion, a lot of disturbance electromagnetic waves occur around, these high-frequency electromagnetic waves to the adjacent appearance, instruments have a certain disturbance, and will occur higher harmonics, this higher harmonics will enter the entire power supply network through the power supply circuit, and then affect other appearances. If the power of the inverter accounts for more than 25% of the entire system, it is necessary to consider the anti-disturbance method of controlling the power supply.
II. When there are high-frequency impact loads in the system, such as welding machines and electroplating power supplies, the inverter itself will be maintained due to disturbance, and the power quality of the entire system will be considered.
3) The following points need to be paid attention to when protecting the problem:
I. Waterproof and anti-condensation: If the inverter is placed on the site, it is necessary to pay attention to the pipe flange or other leakage points above the inverter cabinet, and there can be no splashing water near the inverter, in short, the protection level of the on-site cabinet should be above IP43.
II. Dustproof: All air inlets should be equipped with dust nets to block the entry of flocculent debris, and the dust nets should be planned to be detachable to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
