The inverter should be installed inside the control cabinet, and the following problems should be paid attention to when planning the control cabinet:

1) Heat dissipation issues:

The heating of the inverter is caused by internal losses. In the inverter, the main circuit is the main circuit for the loss of each part, accounting for about 98%, and the control circuit accounts for 2%. In order to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the inverter, it is necessary to dissipate the inverter, and we generally use electric fans to dissipate heat; The built-in fan of the inverter can take away the heat dissipation inside the box of the inverter, and if the fan cannot operate normally, the operation of the inverter should be stopped immediately; The high-power inverter also needs to add an electric fan on the control cabinet, the air duct of the control cabinet should be reasonably planned, and all air inlets should be set up with dust nets, so as to avoid the formation of vortex in the cabinet and the accumulation of dust in a fixed position; According to the ventilation volume of the inverter manual, the matching fan should be selected, and the fan installation should pay attention to the shockproof problem.

2) Electromagnetic Disturbance Problem:

I. Inverter in the operation due to rectification and frequency conversion, a lot of disturbance electromagnetic waves occur around, these high-frequency electromagnetic waves to the adjacent appearance, instruments have a certain disturbance, and will occur higher harmonics, this higher harmonics will enter the entire power supply network through the power supply circuit, and then affect other appearances. If the power of the inverter accounts for more than 25% of the entire system, it is necessary to consider the anti-disturbance method of controlling the power supply.

II. When there are high-frequency impact loads in the system, such as welding machines and electroplating power supplies, the inverter itself will be maintained due to disturbance, and the power quality of the entire system will be considered.

3) The following points need to be paid attention to when protecting the problem:

I. Waterproof and anti-condensation: If the inverter is placed on the site, it is necessary to pay attention to the pipe flange or other leakage points above the inverter cabinet, and there can be no splashing water near the inverter, in short, the protection level of the on-site cabinet should be above IP43.

II. Dustproof: All air inlets should be equipped with dust nets to block the entry of flocculent debris, and the dust nets should be planned to be detachable to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. The grid of the dust filter is determined according to the specific situation of the site, and the combination of the dust filter and the control cabinet should be handled tightly.

III. Anti-corrosive gas: This situation is more common in the chemical industry, and the inverter cabinet can be placed in the control room.
