The main exhaust fan is one of the main supporting equipment of the sintering machine, which directly affects the output, quality and energy consumption of the sintering machine, and is the "heart" of sintering production. Environmental protection requirements: desulfurization recovery equipment needs to be installed between the exhaust fan and the chimney.
Introduction to the high-pressure frequency conversion system plan of the main exhaust fan:
(1) The sintered main exhaust fan, the drive motor is a 10kV/8400kw electric excitation synchronous motor, the main circuit of the frequency conversion system is selected as a drag and a drag plan, and the frequency converter model is GD5000-A11200-10. The excitation current of the motor is output by the excitation cabinet, and the control interlocking between the excitation cabinet and the inverter is carried out.
(2) The system has two control methods: local and remote.
When operating on the spot, start and stop the fan on the on-site operation box, and adjust the frequency through the knob;
When operating remotely, the DCS system in the central control room operates the start and stop fan and adjusts the frequency. Adjust the frequency to change the speed of the motor to achieve the intention of adjusting the air volume.
(3) By setting the lower limit frequency of 30Hz and setting the faster acceleration time, the smooth requirements of the fan machinery can be met: the fan can quickly reach 30Hz after starting, and the smooth oil film will be formed on the machinery to ensure the normal smooth system.
(4) Before operating the inverter, it is necessary to confirm that the air-water cooling system of the inverter is normally open, which is a necessary condition for the inverter to start. If the air-water cooling system is not open, the central control DCS system will have an alarm indication.
(5) Inverter heat dissipation plan: introduction of air and water cooling system
The main principle of the air-water cooling system is to exchange the hot air of the inverter through the air-water cooling equipment, and the cooling water directly takes away the heat of the hot air, and the cooling cold air is discharged back to the room. The temperature of the cold water in the air water cooling equipment is lower than 32 °C, which can ensure that the ambient temperature in the inverter room is controlled below 40 °C after the hot air passes through the heat sink, which meets the requirements of the equipment for environmental operation. The cooling water is completely separated from the circulating air, and the water pipeline is clearly separated from the high-voltage equipment outside the frequency conversion room, so as to ensure that the high-voltage equipment room will not be threatened by safety threats and accidents such as waterproofing and insulation damage.
