The wheelset used for the EMU is called the moving wheelset, which is the part of the EMU in contact with the rail, which accepts all the static and dynamic loads of the automatic car, and the driving and braking of the EMU also works through the wheelset, so the wheelset is an important part of the EMU.
In order to ensure safety and reliability, the wheelset after assembly should be used to run the test, and the test is mainly completed by the inverter control motor to do the towing, but this kind of towing is different from the conventional, the shafts of the two motors are not directly connected, but placed at 90 degrees, and the two are coupled by the "wheelset".
In view of the large power of the motor, it is required that the inverter used can not cause electromagnetic disturbance to the power grid and the environment, and it is required to plan energy saving and low investment. According to the customer's needs, INVT proposed a corresponding solution plan, and successfully used it in a 250kW motor wheelset running test project, breaking the convention of using imported inverters in such test channels.
Goodrive800 is INVT's high-performance engineering inverter, because of its modular structure, it has independent rectifier unit, inverter unit, filter unit, control unit, etc., which can form IGBT PWM rectifier + inverter + common DC bus plan, which fully meets the above requirements of customers.
Program features include:
1. Small disturbance: due to the selection of IGBT PWM rectification and the LC filter on the front side, the rectification can complete the two-way flow of energy, compared with the diode rectification and the ordinary feedback unit, the harmonics generated are very small, which fundamentally avoids the generation of disturbance.
2. More energy-saving: Due to the common DC bus, the power generation energy can be directly used by the electric inverter, so it is more energy-saving
3. Investment saving: Since the common DC bus, the energy absorbed by the rectifier unit from the power supply is only used to supplement the mechanical loss, electrical loss, etc., so the power of the rectifier unit can be selected smaller, generally about 1/2 to 2/3 of the power of a group of inverter units.
