According to the principle of motion control, the customer has newly developed a continuous action equipment for the bottom paper, this equipment due to the demand for punching action, the servo action of the film must stop waiting for the punching cylinder to punch, the bottom paper and the plastic film are required to be calibrated by the color mark to ensure the fitting accuracy, and due to mechanical problems, the film feeding shaft can only be adjusted to achieve the required fitting accuracy, and the manipulator is required to have a high data processing capacity and response speed.
Therefore, under the same mechanical cost, the customer pre-replaced the small PLC with motion control and a full set of servo methods, hoping to achieve a production speed of 8,000 pieces per hour.
Based on customer needs, INVT launched AX71 medium-sized PLC and INVT servo, touch screen full set of products in the application of chamfering window stickers. In the case of a lamination accuracy of ±0.25mm, the production speed reaches 10,000 pieces/h, which is much higher than the level of 4,000 pieces/h, and the production speed is 250% of the original.
The debugging steps are optimized, and many parts that require mechanical conditioning are automatically calculated through the two parameters of material length and film length, which saves conditioning time.
The sensitive equipment brought by a full set of servo control reduces the mechanical structure, such as the mechanical part of gluing and film feeding roller to adjust the rotation direction, which saves mechanical costs and improves the stability of machinery.
