In a large iron and steel group in Shanxi Province, a wire rod production line transmission device is selected imported brand, due to the online imported inverter overdue service resulting in performance decline, urgent need to replace, and the original type of product has been discontinued, the new product equipment scale, software equipment and the original product do not match, so that the replacement operation has fallen into the dilemma of large cost and long cycle.
Therefore, it is urgent to carry out localization transformation to replace imported brand inverters to meet production requirements and save energy, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
1. In addition to the main drive of the rolling mill (the main drive of the rolling mill is a DC motor, and the transmission device does not need to be upgraded temporarily), the auxiliary transmission replacement is all replaced by domestic brands.
2. Auxiliary transmission system of wire, including: air-cooled transportation line, pallet motor in the collecting area, rotating mandrel and working trolley. All the old ones are replaced with the new, and the cabinets are supplied, and the power distribution room requires limited space, and the scale of the new inverter transmission cabinet is smaller than the original inverter cabinet. In order to complete the energy-saving intention, the original fundamental rectification + inverter + energy consumption resistance plan was upgraded and optimized, and the feedback rectification + inverter plan was selected.
3. The equipment of the transport roller table and the rolling area are heavy-loaded, all of which need to be started with load, and the working trolley, double-arm mandrel and push tray in the collecting area also need to be accurately positioned to prevent quality and production incidents in the process of collection and work.
4. It is necessary to correctly match the hardware wiring of the original imported inverter and correctly equip the function of the control terminal. Seamlessly match the GSD file of the host computer, without the need to modify the PLC program, and the Profibus-DP communication can match the original PLC control system.
According to the needs of customers, INVT launched the GD800 feedback rectifier + GD800 inverter + GD600 inverter common DC bus multi-transmission plan.
1. Two sets of GD800 feedback rectifiers are selected, one for standby and one for rectifier, and switched by the transfer switch.
GD800 series units are selected for inverters above 20KW (inclusive), and GD600 series units are selected for inverters below 90KW. Together, after analyzing the parameters and wiring diagrams of the original imported brand inverters, INVT GD800 and GD600 series inverter units perfectly match the port wiring and DP communication parameters of the original imported inverters. Seamless replacement for authentic completion.
3. A fuse is installed on the connection between the rectifier DC bus and the inverter to prevent the damage of a single inverter unit and affect the work of the whole system. The working trolley and pallet in the collection area are controlled by closed-loop control to complete accurate positioning.
