1. According to the time when the heat treatment furnace heats the steel plate, the translation speed of the steel plate is set in advance according to the process requirements, and the speed of each furnace roller is the same, and the speed error of each roller cannot be too large, otherwise the roller mark caused by the speed error will be left on the sheet. When the steel plate is produced, the furnace bottom roller still insists on running at low speed to prevent the furnace bottom roller from being damaged at high temperature in the heat treatment furnace; Therefore, the inverter is required to have a fast dynamic response and the commonality of bus control speed.
2. Because the maximum length of the steel plate driven on the roller table is more than 5m and the thickness is more than 20mm, the inertia is large. It has high requirements for the operation function of large inertia load, as well as high torque and high overload under high-speed operation.
3. It is necessary to correctly match the hardware wiring of the original imported inverter, correctly configure the function of the control terminal and the function of the DP communication control word, and match the PLC and the upper computer control system.
