The angular displacement sensor is a model of displacement sensor that uses a non-touch patent plan to effectively improve long-term reliability compared to other traditional angular displacement gauges such as synchronous analyzers and potentiometers. It is uniquely designed to ensure measurement accuracy without the use of wear-prone moving parts such as slip rings, blades, touch cursors, brushes, etc.
The viewpoint sensor uses the principle of grating, when the sensor rotates, the output of high and low level pulses, without rotating 360 degrees The number of output pulses is fixed. The grating is tighter and has higher viewpoint resolution, but is more expensive, and the practice is to sample a coaxial double-layer grating, arranged in an interleaved manner, so that the effect of double the pulse can be achieved by capturing both sides of the pulse. We often say that the 1024-line encoder has an output of 4096 pulses per rotation cycle, which can basically meet the accuracy requirements.
The sensor uses a specially shaped rotor and wire-wound coil to simulate the linear displacement of the linear variable differential sensor (LVDT), which has high reliability and function, and the rotational motion of the rotor shaft produces a linear output signal with a ± of 60 (120 degrees in total) around the factory-preset zero position. The phase of this output signal indicates the direction of displacement away from the zero position. The non-touch electromagnetic coupling of the rotor gives the product an infinite resolution, i.e. a certain measurement accuracy of a few tenths of a degree.

Turck Vibration Sensor Selection
The first step is to look at the input quantity, how to see the input amount? Performance targets can be judged by the sensor's range or measurement scale, as well as its overload capacity.
The second step is to look at the static characteristics, the static characteristics are the input signal recorded when static, and the parameters that express the static characteristics mainly include linearity, delay...

Requirements for the use of linear displacement sensors – Turck
A linear displacement sensor is an electrical signal device that converts the linear mechanical displacement into a linear or arbitrary function connection through the potentiometer element. In order to achieve the purpose of measuring displacement, the potentiometer must require a confirmed link between the change in displacement and the change in resistance. So so...

Analysis of Pressure Sensor Failure Problem - Turck
Assuming that the power supply is normal, it is necessary to carry out simple pressurization to see if the output has changed, perhaps to observe whether the zero position of the sensor has output, assuming that it has not changed, the sensor has been damaged, and vice versa, it is the appearance of the damage or other links of the whole system.

Introduction to the types of proximity switches – Turck
1. Eddy current proximity switch
This type of switch is sometimes called an inductive proximity switch. It is the use of conductive objects to produce eddy currents inside the object when approaching the proximity switch that can generate an electromagnetic field. This eddy current reacts to the proximity switch and causes the internal circuit parameters of the switch to change, ...

Characteristics and Measurement Mechanism of Torque Transducers - Turck
1. Determination mechanism
The commonly used torsional strain gauge is attached to the ductile shaft to be measured with strain adhesive and forms a strain bridge, which supplies power to the strain bridge. The electrical signal of torsion on the elastic shaft is immediately determined. After the strain signal is enlarged, it is changed to the positive and negative parts of the torsional strain after the voltage/frequency change.
