1. Before the device, check whether the valve has notched parts, whether the type is correct, whether there are debris in the valve body, and whether the muffler is blocked.
2. Close the valve and cylinder.
3. The cylinder is installed on the valve, the direction of the equipment is parallel or straightened with the valve body, check whether the screw holes are aligned, there will be no big fault, if there is a little mistake, just roll the cylinder slightly and tighten the screws.
4. After the device, adjust the valve (under normal circumstances, the air supply pressure is 0.40.6MPa), and the solenoid valve should be manually opened and closed during the adjustment operation (the solenoid valve coil can be manually operated after cutting off the power supply of the solenoid valve coil) to check the switch of the valve. During the wiping operation, if it is normal to find that the valve is slightly forced when it starts to open and close, the cylinder stroke should be reduced. (The stroke conditioning screws at both ends of the cylinder should be adjusted inward together, and the valve should be operated to the open position during conditioning, and then the air source should be closed and then adjusted) After that, the valve should be opened and closed to avoid air leakage. In addition, an adjustable muffler can regulate the opening and closing speed of the valve, but if it is too small, the valve may not move.
5. It must be dry before the device, and do not store it in the open air.
6. Check the pipeline before installing the valve and admit that there is no foreign matter such as splash in the pipeline.
7. The manual opening and closing resistance of the throttle valve body is moderate, and the torque of the throttle valve is the same as the torque of the selected actuator.
8. The valve connection flange specification is correct, and the pipe clamp flange conforms to the flange specification. It is better to use special flanges instead of welded flat flanges.
9. Admit that the flange is welded correctly, and after the device, do not weld the flange to avoid burning the rubber.
10. Be sure to align the flange of the device and insert it into the exhaust valve.
11. After installing all flange bolts and tightening them by hand, make the valve and flange thoroughly, carefully open and close the valve, and admit that the switch is sensitive.
12. Open the valve thoroughly and tighten the bolts diagonally with a wrench. No gasket is required. Do not tighten the bolts to avoid drastic deformation of the valve ring and excessive switching torque.
