The hydraulic maintenance module uses the hydraulic locking method to control the inlet and outlet oil circuits and load oil circuits of the electro-hydraulic servo valve, and the module has the following three functions:
1. Locking function
When the system is in normal condition, the hydraulic lock is in the conduction state, and the electro-hydraulic servo control system adjusts the static blade viewpoint or valve opening in time according to the regulator signal and load situation. When the static blade viewpoint or valve opening has a large error or is completely out of control due to extraordinary reasons (failure of a control element in the servo control system, or other disturbing elements), the solenoid valve Y1 is energized, the hydraulic lock is in a closed state, the inlet and outlet oil circuit and the load oil circuit of the power servo valve are cut off, and the static blade or valve is locked in place immediately. At this moment, the orientation of the controlled object will be locked in the direction of the fault at the time of the fault, and the operator can identify and deal with the fault.
2. Jog function
When the automatic control loop is locked, if the azimuth error required by the static blade viewpoint or valve opening is large, the electromagnetic conditioning system can be activated to correct the static blade viewpoint or valve opening by jogging. Even if the two solenoids of the solenoid valve Y2 are energized, the servo cylinder is controlled to move slowly to the left and right to reach the specified position (note: at this time, the static vane or valve is not controlled by the servo system), so that the static vane or valve will not completely lose control and can continue to keep the system working.
The electro-hydraulic servo-controlled oil circuit and the electromagnetic conditioning oil circuit are used in parallel. By switching the hydraulic lock, the two working conditions do not disturb each other.
3. Replace other equipment of the system online
When some equipment (such as servo valves) in the electro-hydraulic servo control system fails, it can be replaced online without stopping the pump, so as to ensure the normal progress of production.
