INVT Plan
1.1. In the port container unloading robot, INVT provides customers with a general solution plan composed of visual host computer + INVT AX70 controller + DA200 servo + VS touch screen.
1.2. The visual system takes pictures of the whole box in the container, captures the data of each carton, including the length, width, height of the box, and the coordinate points X, Y, and Z of the carton relative to the camera in space, and transmits the collected carton data to the PLC for the next step of data processing.
1.3. The PLC controller selects INVT AX70 medium-sized PLC, and after receiving the carton data of visual transmission, the data is optimized again to determine whether the carton can be grabbed, merged, and the carton orientation for subsequent control.
Each carton has 8 data, the number of photographic cartons can reach up to 100 each time, the total amount of data is relatively huge, in order to improve the communication power, the TCP/IP communication protocol is selected, the whole data is packaged, and the PLC accepts it at one time.
