The on-site host uses an INVT Goodrive350-7R5G-4 inverter to drive a 7.5kw asynchronous motor, and two INVT Goodrive350-2R2G-4 inverters to drive two 2.2kw asynchronous motors with a paper binder, which is used by INVT IVC1L-PLC through RS485 communication as the given signal of the host, starts/stops through VS070-HMI, and sets the frequency conversion operation frequency of the host. The high-speed pulse HDO output of the host is given as the slave frequency HDI, and the constant tension control of the paper is reached, and then the linear speed synchronization of the master-slave inverter is completed.
This plan has the advantages of easy human-computer interaction, synchronous and asynchronous motor drive, azimuth, speed and torque control, high control accuracy, and the keyboard can store 3 different inverter parameters at the same time.
