A super calender is a type of calendering equipment in papermaking. The shape is similar to a mechanical calender, but the number of rollers is larger. It is suitable for coated paper, coated paper, writing paper, offset printing paper and other civilized paper and insulating paper such as capacitor paper.

　　The working principle of the super calender:

In the running line, the paper and the hot roller are in contact, and in a short time, the hot roller transfers the heat energy to the paper, and penetrates to a certain critical depth (usually considered to be 0.007μm), then the temperature of the paper surface reaches or approaches the glass softening point, and the plasticity of the paper surface is strengthened at this moment, and the soft roller is elastically deformed when it is pressurized, and the nip constitutes surface contact. The mirrored hard roller is like a stamper to make the paper surface smooth, shiny, and retain a good thickness.

Super calender belongs to special paper processing equipment, domestic equipment is generally equipped with foreign big brand sensor + inverter + PLC, INVT inverter has changed the situation that the overpressure paper industry has been monopolized by foreign products.

Based on the needs of customers, INVT launched a star product - GD350 series high-performance multi-function inverter with tension PID function, together with the high-cost GD200A series general-purpose open-loop vector inverter due to the rewinding and unwinding control.

1. Advanced unwinding tension control algorithm function:

Unwinding uses advanced GD350 special unwinding form, with automatic roll diameter accounting, three groups of PID automatic tension adjustment output, to ensure that the thinnest 17g/m2 (single-sided toilet paper thickness) output tension is stable, fast, stable and not easy to waver.

2. Superior to master-slave follower function:

Under the condition of following the pulse command of the host, the P09 group PID conditioning function is automatically and quickly used according to the analog signal of the external tension sensor to ensure real-time follow-up to the host, ensure the tension and avoid the breakage of 17g/m2 paper.

3. LCD keyboard interface friendly easy to debug:

The LCD keyboard has Chinese parameter clarification, real-time monitoring of current, voltage, speed, torque and other parameters, convenient for debugging and observing the master-slave follow-up status.

4. The new "black technology" function at the R&D site:

New inertia reverse compensation function on site: under the condition of standard friction and inertia compensation, the unwinding cannot be adjusted by PID when the given tension of the reel diameter is very small, and the unwinding wheel needs to automatically participate in unwinding. In this way, the torque is reversed in the case of very small roll diameter or in acceleration and deceleration, so that the paper runs more smoothly.
