Epson "GYROPLUS Technology" servo control

Prosthet has developed "GYROPLUS Technology" as a servo control, using a first-of-its-kind gyroscope sensor to measure the robot's arm movements, and has developed a technology that enables the robot to move at high speed and stop immediately.

This skill can effectively reduce residual oscillations, shorten the waiting time required for the robot to stabilize after aborting, and improve repeatability accuracy.

In the video, the GX4 series robot with "GYROPLUS Technology" combines Epson's vision system and conveyor belt tracking option to identify irregularly placed workpieces on the conveyor belt, accurately position and grasp them, and quickly and orderly carry them to the designated station, completing the high-speed and high-precision movement of the robot while completing low oscillation, so as to improve the production power.
