After checking the power equipment, it was found that there was no damage, the inverter was energized and the display was normal, the inverter was operated, the three-phase output voltage was measured to be unbalanced, the waveform of the six-way number was tested, and the waveform of the W phase lower bridge was found to be abnormal, and the resistance, diode, and optocoupler of the circuit were measured in turn. It was found that the one and two diodes supplying the back voltage broke down, and after being replaced, they were energized from the head, and the three-phase output voltage was balanced and repaired.

(2) The frequency of the inverter does not go up

When repairing a general 220V, single-phase, 1.5kW inverter, the customer indicated that the frequency could not go up, only up to 20Hz, at this time, the first thought was that there may be improper parameter settings, check the parameters in turn, and found that the high frequency, the upper limit frequency is 60Hz, it can be seen that it is not a parameter problem, and it is suspected that the frequency given method is wrong, and then changed to the panel given frequency, the inverter can run to 60Hz, from this point of view, the question is proposed on the analog input circuit, when viewing this circuit, It was found that the capacitor of a patch was damaged, and after replacement, the inverter was normal.

(3) Inverter skipping stream

When repairing a Taian N2 series, 400V, 3.7kW inverter, the customer indicated that the overcurrent was displayed at starting. After checking the module to admit that it is not defective, power on the inverter, and start the OC2 display for a while without a motor, the first thing that comes to mind is that the current detection circuit is damaged, and the detection circuit is replaced sequentially, and the fault is still not eliminated. Therefore, expand the detection range, check the driving circuit, find that there is an abnormal waveform when viewing the driving waveform, check its peripheral equipment, and find that there is a short circuit in a chip capacitor, and after replacement, the inverter is running well.

(4) The rectifier bridge of the inverter is damaged twice

When repairing an LG SV030IH-4 inverter, it was found that the rectifier bridge was damaged, there were no other defects, and after replacement, it was running well with load. In less than a month, the customer took it again. When checking, it was found that the rectifier bridge was damaged again, and at this time, it was suspected that the insulation of the inverter somewhere was not good, so I checked the capacitance alone, which was normal. Check the inverter module alone, no adverse symptoms, check the terminal and the ground and find no poor insulation problems, and then carefully check, found that the plastic insulation terminal between the DC bus circuit terminal P-P1 and N has signs of carbonization, disassemble the terminal to check, openly found that the terminal carbonization has been quite serious, from the safety point of view, replace the damaged terminal, the inverter has resumed normal operation, normal operation has been more than half a year.
