Then check whether there are cracks on the surface of the touch screen, and replace them in time if there are cracks. It is also necessary to check the surface of the touchscreen for dirt and, if so, remove it with a soft cloth. Observe and check whether the indicator light on the control box is working properly, and when it is normal, the indicator light is green and flashing.

1. Check whether the connection of the touch screen is right, and whether one of the wires connected to the keyboard port of the host (take the working voltage of 5 volts touch screen from the keyboard port) is connected, please check the connection.
