(2) Structural characteristics
1) The cabinet body of GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of general cabinet, and the frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed steel, and has 20 mold mounting holes, and the general coefficient is high.
2) GGD cabinet fully considers the problem of heat dissipation, there are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at both ends of the cabinet, when the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises, and is discharged through the upper slots, and the cold air is continuously supplemented by the lower slots into the cabinet, so that the sealed cabinet body forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
3) The top cover of the cabinet body can be removed when needed, which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main bus on site, and the four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipment.
4) The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and the user can also choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the requirements of the environment.

(1) Use
GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is composed of two parts: power distribution center (PC) cabinet and motor control center (MCC). The device is suitable for power distribution systems with AC 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltage less than or equal to 660V, rated current of 4000A and below, as power distribution, motor control and lighting and other power distribution equipment.
(2) Structural characteristics
1) The whole cabinet adopts assembled combination structure, modular hole installation, strong versatility of parts, good applicability and high degree of standardization.
2) The upper part of the cabinet is the bus room, the front part is the electrical room, and the rear part is the cable inlet and outlet room, and there are steel plates or insulating plates between the rooms to ensure safety.
3) The door of the drawer compartment of the MCC cabinet is equipped with a mechanical interlock with the operating handle of the circuit breaker or disconnecting switch, and the door can only be opened when the handle is in the breaking position.
4) The drawer of the power receiving switch, contact switch and MCC cabinet has three positions: the connection position, the test position and the disconnection position.
5) The top of the switch cabinet can be installed with a bus bridge according to the needs of power reception.

1) The frame is made of 8MF open section steel, and the mounting holes of ψ9.2mm with the installation module of E=20mm and 100mm on the main frame make the frame assembly flexible and convenient.
2) The functional rooms of the switch cabinet are isolated from each other, and the compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, bus rooms and cable rooms, and the functions of each room are relatively independent.
3) The horizontal bus adopts the horizontal arrangement mode behind the cabinet to enhance the ability of the bus to resist electric power, which is the basic measure to make the main circuit have the ability of short-circuit strength.
4) The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for the cable to go in and out of the cable.
5) The modulus of the drawer height is 160mm, the drawer changes only in the height size, its width and depth size remain unchanged, the drawer of the same functional unit has good interchangeability, and the rated current of the unit circuit is 630A and below.
6) The drawer panel has obvious signs of the position of dividing and closing test and drawing, and the drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device. The drawer unit is the main body, and it has both drawable and fixed types, which can be mixed and combined and used arbitrarily.
