　　A few days ago, Xinshida signed a project with an agent company in Russia for the use of natural gas pumps, and the contract includes multiple high-voltage inverter systems. The equipment debugging is supported by the long-distance skills of Xinshida, and the agent completes the debugging independently. This project marks the successful use of new Shida high-voltage inverter equipment in the Russia market again and provides a skill reserve for agents in Russia.

Overcome the influence of environment and time difference, and complete long-distance debugging tasks with quality and quantity

Because of the local cold climate, the customer required our inverter to automatically control the start and stop of the cooling fan according to the ambient temperature, and complete the low-energy heat dissipation plan with the help of the ambient temperature. Xinshida's service engineers and R&D engineers immediately responded and drew up a personalized fan control plan, and guided the customer to upgrade the intelligent temperature measurement and control of the inverter cooling fan, which exceeded expectations and met the customer's skill requirements.

In the commissioning of the equipment, the engineers of Xinshida first had to overcome the impact of the time difference, and adjusted the working time to zero point of Beijing time. In order to ensure the circulation of commissioning progress, the service engineer of Xinshida and the sales representative also worked out a complete commissioning counseling process in advance.
