1. The pressure of Delixi inverter system is unstable and simple vibration?

Answer: The pressure of the system is unstable, which may be due to the following reasons:

A. There is a problem with the direction of the pressure of the pressure sensor collection system, and the pressure collection point is too close to the water outlet of the water pump, and the pressure of the pipeline is too affected by the water outlet speed. The pressure value fed back to the controller then rises and falls, forming the vibration of the system.

B. In addition, assuming that the system adopts the method of a pressure tank, and the pressure collection point is selected on the pressure tank, the vibration of the system may also be formed. Because the air itself has a certain elasticity, and the solubility pressure of the gas in the water changes, there is a certain time difference between the water pumped out and the pressure transmitted through the gas, and then the system vibrates.

C. The acceleration and deceleration time of the controller and the inverter do not match the power of the pump motor. In general, the higher the power, the longer the acceleration and deceleration time. For this parameter, the user can select several more data for experimentation. For example, 15KW is generally between 10 and 20 seconds.

2. Delixi inverter small pump starts and stops too frequently?

Answer: In the system, the 11th parameter in the parameters of the controller, that is, the abort pressure error of the small pump is too small. After all the main pumps have been switched off, the small pump starts when the operating pressure of the system falls below the set pressure. As the system pressure rises, the practical pressure of the system is higher than the sum of the set pressure and the abort pressure error of the small pump, and the small pump is shut down by the system. Therefore, the solution to the problem is to increase this parameter to a certain value.

3. The analog output of Delixi inverter is abnormal, and the operating frequency of the inverter is inconsistent with the output of the controller?

A: First and foremost, you should determine what hardware is going wrong. Make the controller enter the manual debugging state, and use a multimeter to measure the analog output values corresponding to the 0Hz and 50Hz output of the controller. Assuming that the analog output value of the manipulator is greater than 30mV at 0Hz, or less than the voltage value calibrated by parameter 5 of the manipulator at 50Hz, it is clear that there is a problem with the output of the manipulator. There are several situations here:

A. Assuming that the output remains unchanged as the frequency of the controller changes, the analog output circuit of the controller is damaged. B. Assuming that the analog output value is also changed, but cannot reach the * large value, it can be solved by the VR3 potentiometer in the small window of the conditioning controller.

5. How to connect the anti-disturbance wiring of Delixi inverter controller and inverter?

Answer: In order to prevent the control signal lines of the controller and frequency converter from being disturbed by the space electromagnetic field, the outer layer of these control signal lines can be connected with shielded wires to improve the anti-interference ability of the system. This kind of wiring must be noted, and only one point can be selected for the grounding point of the shield. Whether it's on the side of the controller or on the side of the inverter. In this way, the anti-disturbance capacity of the progressive system is ensured. Assuming that the shield wire is grounded at both ends, the potential difference will be generated on the shield wire, which will not only not improve the anti-interference ability of the system, but will aggravate the disturbance of the outside world to the controller.

6. How to solve the problem of data running away from the inverter controller of Delixi, or the data is occasionally incorrect?

Assuming that the data is occasionally abnormal, the manipulator can actively run without stopping, and the system stability pressure has not changed, the manipulator can take the initiative to read the original data back at this moment. Assuming that the controller is no longer working normally, the user can disconnect the power supply of the controller, and then turn on the machine from the beginning after a while, and the system will resume normal operation. Suppose the user forgets to make sure that the keyboard determines the switch and sets the data to be overwritten, then the user needs to set the system parameters from scratch. After the setting is complete, pay attention to the switch.

7. The contactor of the Delixi inverter control motor has no action, and the motor does not start?
