The system hardware design of the valve positioner needs to reduce the interference between the analog ground and the digital ground, and at the same time make full use of the internal space of the positioner housing to divide the hardware system into two parts: the main control board and the interface board.

Among them, the main control board of the valve positioner comprises a single-chip microcomputer Z small system and a human-computer interaction module: the interface board includes a power supply circuit, a sampling circuit, an electrical conversion unit drive circuit, a valve position output circuit, etc. The central control unit is the core of the intelligent valve positioner, and the system adopts DC 24 V as the power supply, due to the large voltage fluctuation on the industrial site.

The valve positioner solenoid valve is 24 V actuated and sensitive to voltage fluctuations, so the 24 V voltage must be regulated. The system needs to output 24 V as an alarm signal, and the 24 V power supply is controlled and switched on and off through the corner IC. In addition, 15-30 V can be input as an external digital command, which is first regulated to 3.3 V by a Zener diode, and then optocoupled and then input to the microcontroller pin. The signal requirements are 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-5 V.0-10V optional, and the selection of the signal standard is controlled through the P9.1 port. When the output of P9.1 is high, the optocoupler IC and IC are turned off, and the voltage signal should be input, otherwise, the current signal should be input, and the microcontroller A/D converter samples the voltage signal, so it needs to be converted into a voltage signal through the sampling resistor.
