Honeywell has signed a strategic procurement agreement with Shui On Xintiandi (Shanghai) Commercial Management Co., Ltd. to provide an integrated energy management software platform for Shui On Xintiandi's domestic development projects in China over the next five years, and the first phase of the project will implement energy-saving upgrades for the public areas of up to 22 of Shui On Xintiandi's development projects, which is expected to achieve an overall energy saving effect of more than 20%.
2. Signed a project cooperation agreement with SDIC Property Co., Ltd
