One. How the system works
The fresh air blown in by the fresh fan enters the room through the heating exchanger, refrigeration exchanger, and humidifier. In the room, the signals measured by the temperature, humidity, and differential pressure detectors are reflected to the controller. The temperature in the room is controlled by the reaction signal through a digital manipulator, and the heating and refrigeration exchanger is controlled. When the humidity is low, the humidifier outputs steam; When the humidity is high, the refrigeration exchanger cools down to reduce the air temperature to achieve the dehumidification intention. The original humidity and temperature signals are also processed by high selection. When the temperature signal is high, the temperature control takes precedence; When the humidity signal is high, humidity control takes precedence. Originally, the instrument debugging was complicated, and the debugging was not simple to meet the requirements. The operating signal for heating, cooling, and humidifiers is 4-20mA. The pressure system was originally operated by an inverter. This renovation is not involved.
Two. Retrofit program
The temperature and humidity signals are DC 4-20mA signals sent by the transmitter. When the input temperature signal is less than 12mA, the heating logic is performed, and when it is greater than 12mA, the cooling logic is performed. When the input humidity signal is less than 12mA, the humidification logic is performed, and when it is greater than 12mA, the dehumidification logic is performed. The refrigeration and dehumidification signals should be selected to operate the cold exchanger. Due to the good logic discrimination ability and data processing ability of the PLC, Xinjie FC series PLC was selected in the transformation. The FC series is modular and can be equipped with different analog and digital modules depending on the requirements. Because it is a transformation, we use very few numbers, and we only use it as a fault alarm. The FC-16R-E CPU has 8 inputs/8 outputs. According to our needs, it is equipped with FC-4AD analog input module and FC-4DA analog output module.
Three. Effect of application
Due to the simple PLC programming and simple commissioning, the whole transformation was completed in one day. After a period of operation, the handling effect is ambitious and fully meets the requirements of the system. Easier maintenance than ever before.
