Introduction: The Rosemount/Rosemount Cryogenic Point Temperature Sensor 614 is designed for temperature measurement in cryogenic and refrigerated storage tanks. These point temperature elements are routed using mineral-insulated, flexible steel cables to measure the internal temperature of a fully loaded tank and detect leaks in the tank's insulated space during cooling. The temperature sensor element can be easily integrated into the Rosemount 2240S Multipoint Input Temperature Transmitter via a cone connection or junction box.
