1. Leakage protection switch

Phenomenon: The leakage protection switch of the equipment is activated when the inverter is powered on or running

Measures:

When the inverter drives the motor, the leakage value is larger than that of the non-inverter system, and the leakage protection value of the leakage protection switch equipped with the leakage protection switch is required to be 150mA or above, and the operation delay value is more than 1S.

Adjust the inverter parameter P12.02, the lower the value, the smaller the leakage current. Adjustable down to 1K.

2. There is a rebound in the slewing stop

Phenomenon: The boom rebounds when the rotary converter is stopped

Measures:

The main reason for this is that the shutdown is relatively fast, and the accumulated distortions of the tower are naturally released. Therefore, it is necessary to slow down the deceleration time, but it is not very useful to shorten the deceleration time of the inverter.

a) Check whether the eddy current setting is normal, generally the corresponding eddy current value of each gear is 12-10, 8-6, 5-4, 3-2 is more appropriate.

b) After the eddy current verification, if it still rebounds, the frequency of the inverter shutdown P08.07 can be increased, which is currently 3.5Hz by default and can be adjusted to 7Hz.

3. There is a rebound when the rotation starts

Phenomenon: The boom rebounds when the rotary converter is activated

Measures:

Set the start frequency P08.02 and start frequency time P08.03 appropriately (for example, P08.02=P08.03=0.5)

Appropriate reduction of stator resistance (P03.07) and no-load current (P03.11)

4. The inverter is overcurrent

Phenomenon: Inverter malfunction, the panel shows Er.oc1, Er.oc2, Er.oc3

Fault type: inverter acceleration, deceleration and constant speed overcurrent

Measures:

If it is a rotary converter, the control mode of the motor is changed from V/F to open-loop vector, and P02.00 is set to 0

Extend the acceleration and deceleration time, change P02.13, P02.14

Set the starting frequency P08.02 and the starting frequency time P08.03 appropriately

Failure of external equipment, such as reducer, motor, etc

5. The power module of the inverter is faulty

Phenomenon: The inverter is faulty, and the panel shows Er.drv

Fault Type: The power module is faulty

Measures:

The inverter outputs a three-phase short circuit, or a relative short circuit

Motor insulation damage

If the inverter fails, contact the manufacturer

A simple way to determine whether it is a frequency converter or motor fault:

The control mode is changed to V/F: P02.00=0002, remove the motor line U, V, W connected to the inverter, start in one gear, if the inverter also reports Er.drv, it is basically determined that it is a power module problem; if the inverter does not report Er.drv, it is likely to be a motor insulation problem.

6. Overvoltage of inverter

Phenomenon: Inverter malfunction, the panel shows Er.ou1, Er.ou2, Er.ou3

Fault type: Inverter overvoltage

Measures:

The braking resistor is connected to the wrong wire, check and correct

The cable of the main control board of the inverter is loose, and it is re-plugged after the power is off.

If the shutdown state fluctuates greatly (tens of V - hundreds of V), it is likely that the cable is loose

Braking resistance value check

Make sure the brake function is on (P08.21, P08.22)

Whether the deceleration time is set too short (P02.14, P11.03)

7. Frequency converter PG failure

Phenomenon: The hoisting inverter is faulty, and the panel shows Er.PG1

Fault type: inverter PG fault

Measures:
