Introduction: The Rosemount/Rosemount Level Transmitter 5408 provides accurate and reliable measurement of liquid and solid materials through advanced technology and human-centered design. The Rosemount 5408 uses two-wire FMCW technology to deploy continuous echoes to increase radar signal strength and make measurements more robust and reliable. The Rosemount 5408 is easy to use and guides operators through installation, commissioning, validation testing, and maintenance through an intuitive software interface. Rosemount 5408: SIS is IEC 61508 safety certified for SIL2 applications, reducing risk, increasing efficiency, and protecting your employees and the environment.
