According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, the nuclear energy industry promotion conference was held simultaneously in Beijing, Jinan and Rongcheng, with the theme of "new nuclear energy, new industry, new kinetic energy", relying on the technical advantages and innovation driving force of the national science and technology serious project, and through the "government set up the stage, enterprises singing", it attracted 102 enterprises from Shandong Province and domestic and foreign power and equipment manufacturing to participate in interaction, communication and cooperation.
Nine nuclear energy innovation and excellence industrial projects have been signed and listed, covering technology development, nuclear energy heating, seawater desalination, metal protection, equipment protection and other fields. The implementation of these projects is a typical case of actively integrating into the domestic and international "dual circulation", an innovative practice of deepening the interaction between government and enterprises and completing complementary advantages, and a vivid sample of accelerating the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, which will drive the upgrading of Shandong's industry.
In the meantime, the nuclear energy heating project promoted by the National Nuclear Demonstration Power Station and the local government will play a positive role in boosting the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province. It is understood that the project will test the use of advanced low-grade (low pressure, low temperature) pumping and heating skills in the domestic nuclear power category, which can fully use the steam of the power generation steam turbine, reduce the heat exchange temperature difference, reduce heat loss, so as to improve the heating efficiency, with high power utilization rate, strong heat source reliability, good environmental protection benefits outstanding characteristics. Taking a single unit as an example, its maximum heating coverage area can reach 13 million square meters, which can reduce carbon emissions by 1.3 million tons. Compared with traditional heating methods, nuclear heating has the advantages of high safety, high efficiency, green and clean.
The nuclear power I&C equipment development platform jointly signed by the local government and four enterprises is estimated to have a total investment of 60 million yuan, which is positioned to solve the problem of third-generation nuclear power bottlenecks such as nuclear-grade measurement and other third-generation nuclear power bottleneck technology development and product manufacturing, which will be useful to fill the gap in relevant domestic skills. Taking the "large diameter" ultrasonic flowmeter as an example, it is a kind of appearance used to measure the flow rate of cooling water in the secondary circuit of nuclear power plants, which can still adhere to the extremely high measurement accuracy in the operation environment of high pressure and large flow, and solve the problem of strong corrosive, non-conductive and radioactive flow measurement that cannot be adapted to other appearances, so as to provide accurate reference data for the calculation of thermal power of nuclear power plant reactors. The development and use of this appearance will break the situation that the appearance of key nuclear power plants depends on import and procurement, and improve the localization rate of China's third-generation nuclear power equipment.
