Tests that can be performed on your own
Use the checker provided in the driver to check whether the physical function of the contact screen is normal;
If you have two or more sets of the product, use the method of replacing the hardware one by one to determine which part of the hardware is faulty. The parts that replace the test are the control card, the screen, and the cable;
If you have more than two PCs, replace them for the quiz. The main PC problems that cause the contact screen to not work properly are: Is the RS-232 serial port normal? Ability to take quizzes with a mouse; Can the power supply of the keyboard port be properly supplied? Able to take tests using the method of articulation keyboard; Is there resistance to interrupting the quiz IRQ? Ability to access system resources to view the usage of COM ports and IRQs.
The test is normal, but the software driver is not working normally
Check to see if it's a matching driver from the corresponding product and controller settings.
If you use the RS-232 controller, the serial port serial number of whether the screen cable is connected is different from the serial serial number in the software installation, please correct it and try again.
Are there any conflicting device resources? For example, the default IRQ of some NICs is 3, which conflicts with the IRQ of COM2. The IRQ of the NIC should be modified to the IRQ value that the device is holding.
