Solenoid valves are selected for different media
1. Corrosive medium: it is advisable to choose plastic king solenoid valve, all stainless steel solenoid valve; For the strong corrosive medium, the isolation diaphragm type must be selected, such as: neutral medium, it is also advisable to choose the solenoid valve with copper alloy as the valve housing material, otherwise, the rust chips often fall off in the valve housing, especially when the action is infrequent. Ammonia valves cannot be made of copper. For wine making and milk process pipelines, food-grade stainless steel solenoid valves should be used.
2. High temperature medium: the temperature of the medium should be selected within the allowable range of the solenoid valve. For example, hot water, steam, and heat conduction oil should choose the varieties of high-temperature resistant electromagnetic coils and sealing materials, and the piston structure type should be selected. For example, the steam should be made of stainless steel or series, and the copper material is not good at this time, because when the temperature exceeds the expansion coefficient of copper, it contradicts the tolerance between the piston parts of the solenoid valve and the piston cavity, resulting in ineffective operation.
3. Medium state: large to gaseous, liquid or mixed state, different varieties of solenoid valves should be selected, that is, for gas or different medium for liquid, and the medium form should be indicated, otherwise it is not conducive to the stability of the valve's performance.
4. Medium viscosity: usually in the following can be arbitrarily selected, if it exceeds this value, it is necessary to choose a high-viscosity solenoid valve.
5. Cleanliness of the medium: If the medium contains a small amount of small impurities, the diaphragm structure can be selected, but if the impurities are large and more, the filter should be installed in front of the solenoid valve. Understand what we need, in order to choose our most suitable solenoid valve

Fisher Fisher - Seven routine maintenance tasks for control valves
Routine maintenance is a planned overhaul before a control valve fails, which can be understood as preventive maintenance and usually includes the following tasks.
1. Stress relief
Pipelines can produce various stresses due to improper combination or installation, such as thermal stress caused by high-temperature media, uneven tightening force during installation, etc.

Fisher Fisher - 6 Packing Material Selection Methods for Valve Stem Seals
When choosing a valve stem packing, it should be determined according to the specific conditions. The method we generally choose is: between pressure and temperature, only one *** value can be satisfied; When choosing a high-temperature valve packing, the temperature should be considered first; For corrosive media with low temperature and pressure, the ...

Fisher Fisher - Teaches you how to improve the life of your valves
In the valve design or use experience, the lifting valve packing is mostly asbestos packing or graphite packing or PTFE V-type packing, but these packings are limited by the number of valve opening and closing, that is, with the increase of the number of valve opening and closing, the packing will wear out, and the gap will gradually increase, to a certain number of times.

Fisher Fisher - Why do control valves vibrate? Cause analysis
The vibration of the control valve is generally divided into two states, one is the overall vibration of the control valve, that is, the entire control valve frequently vibrates on the pipeline or base. The other is the vibration of the spool of the regulating valve, which can be seen from the frequent movement of the valve stem up and down, and the following are the causes of these two vibrations and their treatment
Measure...

Fisher Fisher - What are the precautions for the use of pneumatic control valves
The pneumatic control valve is to use compressed air as the power source, the cylinder as the actuator, and with the help of electrical valve positioners, converters, solenoid valves, position retention valves and other accessories to drive the valve, realize the switching or proportional adjustment, and receive the control signal of the industrial automation control system to complete the adjustment.

Fisher Fisher 627, 627R, 627LR, 627M regulators
The Fisher Fisher Models 627R and 627MR are equipped with a stroke stop—an internal pressure relief valve that works even if the disc or linkage fails. When the valve diaphragm is rising, the push rod touches the stroke stop on the lever retainer, and as the valve diaphragm continues to rise, the pressure relief valve is beaten.

Fisher – Fisher – Valve positioner hardware system design
The system hardware design of the valve positioner needs to reduce the interference between the analog ground and the digital ground, and at the same time make full use of the internal space of the positioner housing to divide the hardware system into two parts: the main control board and the interface board.
Among them, the main control board of the valve positioner includes a single-chip microcomputer Z small system and a human-computer interaction model.
