In the previous market, most of the dispensing equipment was technical discharge, so the production power was too slow to meet the needs of the production line. How to deal with the problem of material plugging while ensuring the production power of the existing manipulator clamping plan has become the key point of the plan.

According to the difficulties such as the logical control of the cylinder and the safety maintenance position, INVT launched the end cap dispenser system solution plan, which includes VS series touch screen, IVC1L small PLC, DA180 servo and GD20 inverter products.

Plan:

3 channels of 100K high-speed pulse output are used to control the precise positioning of servo and step. On the one hand, the acceleration and deceleration curve is optimized to prevent the manipulator from moving back and forth and fluttering too much; On the other hand, the action logic is optimized to increase the production rate.

Using a 7-inch touch screen, the interface is simple and easy to operate.

The servo drive supports 485 communication to read and write data, and it can be reset without power-off in case of failure.

The turntable is driven by GD20 inverter, the corresponding turning angle of one circle is 60 degrees, and the 6 brackets are stacking rods. When triggering the material search, rotate 60 degrees, if the material is found photoelectric ON, the material search is completed, otherwise repeat the 60 degree rotation until the material search is completed. In order to prevent the pusher bar and the lifting pallet from colliding with the machine, the pallet needs to return to the original position to trigger the material seeking action.

The lifting is driven by a 400W DA180 servo, the PLC sends pulses to the servo, 100K high-speed pulse, and the maximum speed is limited to about 3200 rpm. The motor drives the belt to stretch straight, the load tray rises under the condition of photoelectric OFF condition of material detection, and the condition of photoelectric ON condition of material detection stops rising. Repeat until you reach the limit and return to the starting point.
